What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting young people with daily routines (school prep, meals, activities)
- Supervising and mentoring a team of support workers
- Ensuring the highest standards of care and support
- Promoting individuality — no “one size fits all” approach
- Monitoring care plans and producing reports for management
- Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships
- Creating a warm, homely environment (including light housekeeping)
- Planning and participating in activities like park trips, movie nights, and creative projects
- Accurately updating records using electronic care systems (Clearcare experience beneficial but not essential)

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for people who truly care and want to make a difference. You will have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a children’s residential setting
- Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care
- A full UK manual driving licence
- Experience supporting or mentoring team members
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to cover shifts
