Shifts are from 9:45am to 12:00am, followed by a sleep-in, then from 7:30am until 10:45am About The Role: P4 Recruitment are working with a Chartiy that are seeking a motivated, compassionate individual to help change lives for those experiencing homelessness. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with potentially complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health struggles, or a history of offending behaviour. P4 Recruitment mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by empowering individuals to develop the skills necessary to sustain a tenancy and live independently. We deliver intensive, person-centred support that addresses areas such as benefits, accessing support services, budgeting, community integration, and partnership working. We are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of the people we support.
