About the Role

We are a well-established charity providing high-quality supported living services for adults with complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to lead our team in Harrogate, supporting 10 individuals across our services. As the Support Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a staff team, and ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care. You will work closely with individuals, families, and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of support staff
  • Oversee the wellbeing, safety, and development of 10 service users
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and charity policies
