P4 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic early years setting in Chorley for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to lead their thriving Toddler Room. The Role
- Lead and inspire a team within the toddler room.
- Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children aged 2β3 years.
- Plan and deliver exciting activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are always followed.
- Mentor and support team members to deliver outstanding childcare.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Experience leading a room or supporting the management.
