Salary: £30,920 – £34,102 per annum | Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

As a Service Leader, you will oversee 5 services and lead teams of support workers to provide high-quality care for individuals with a range of needs. You will ensure that care is delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with best practices, supporting people to live their best lives and integrate fully into their local and wider communities.

You will have experience supporting individuals who present behaviours requiring intensive support planning, with a strong focus on safety, quality of life, and person-centred care.
