About the Role:We are currently seeking experienced Clinical Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to children with complex health needs in the Liverpool area. You will work in a home-based setting, supporting both the child and their family as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one, specialist care for children with complex clinical needs (e.g., tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, epilepsy management, ventilation).

• Follow personalised care plans with compassion and precision.

• Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

• Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar complex care or paediatric setting – more desirable than essential

• Relevant clinical training and competency in areas such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG, etc. (training will be provided)

• A proactive and patient-focused attitude.

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo a new one).

• Right to work in the UK
