About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join a growing team providing high-quality care to adults with a range of disabilities, including physical needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to adults with a variety of disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar support role (preferred)
  • Full, clean driving licence (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
