The Role
- Provide person-centred support tailored to the individual's needs
- Encourage independence and promote choice and inclusion
- Support with daily living tasks, community activities, and social engagement
- Build positive, trusting relationships
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding support
Shift Pattern
Full-time hours 9:00am - 9:00pm shifts, including a sleep-in. Temp to Perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects.
