The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and confident Service Leader to guide and inspire a dedicated team of support workers. You will be supporting adults with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities
  • Complex needs and behaviours that may challenge

No two days are the same - from daily routines and personal care to community activities, holidays, and life skills development, you'll play a key role in helping people build independence and enjoy meaningful lives. You'll also be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who leads with heart, purpose, and resilience. You will have:

  • Experience in a health and social care leadership role
  • A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
  • A flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Knowledge of autism and/or trauma-informed approaches (desirable)
  • Confidence using basic IT systems

You will be someone who can balance hands-on support with strong leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above) - desirable
  • Proven relevant experience in a similar role is essential
