About the role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day support, encouragement and guidance, helping the young people to enjoy positive experiences and achieve their personal goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support tailored to each young person’s individual needs
- Supporting young people with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Helping with daily routines and developing independent living skills
- Getting involved in activities, hobbies and community outings
