We are looking for dedicated and positive people to work with us in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway.
Our accommodation consists of 10 rooms in a large shared house in Cambridge, we are based on site 24/7 to provide practical and emotional support to people who use our services to help them build their confidence and live independently.
You will be self-motivated, solution focused, dynamic and have a genuine passion and commitment to working with people with mental health needs.
We provide one to one and group support to help people with managing their money, engaging with social activities, education and employment skills, physical health and wellbeing.
Our service is part of an accommodation pathway in Cambridgeshire where P3 delivers support to 109 people. Our referrals are made by mental health professionals, and we work closely alongside to ensure the people we support are successful in their accommodation. There is lots of opportunities to work in different environments across the pathway with people who have varying levels of need.
