The predicted salary is between 20790 - 25410 Β£ per year.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:45 and 20:15

Work Base: Office based with travel

We have an exciting opportunity to join our brilliant team of Support Workers in Wokingham. As a Support Worker, you will be working in our 24-hour accommodation-based service in Wokingham, providing housing related support to young people who are experiencing homelessness, transitioning from social care and much more.

Acting as a keyworker, you will create a personalised plan in partnership with each person, ensure they feel heard and respected every step of the way, encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.

Working closely with our partners within the borough you will take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals and provide intensive, compassionate support that reflects our organisational values and commitment to empowering people to build a better future.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
