We are looking for someone who will be able to support individuals experiencing homelessness, complex lifestyles, drug and alcohol misuse or criminal justice proceedings that create challenges and barriers to housing. You will develop a personalised, wrap around action plan that is drawn up in partnership with the person you are working alongside, providing intensive support in line with our organisational values and principles.
