An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!
As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based services in Gloucester, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able to make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
