We\βre looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Floating Support Service in Rotherham. In this role, you\βll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals who are living in temporary or emergency accommodation. Your aim will be to support them through this transitional period and promote independence wherever possible.
You\βll be responsible for carrying out needs assessments, developing and implementing tailored support plans, assisting with life skills development, and working closely with external agencies to meet a wide range of needs.
As a Support Worker, you\βll visit people in their accommodation and in community settings, helping them understand their options and access the services and support available to them.
We\βre seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You\βll need to be flexible, proactive, and committed to making a real difference in people\βs lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
