As a Support Worker, you will provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness, helping individuals to achieve stability, develop independence, and move towards positive long-term outcomes. Working as a key worker, you will build trusting relationships with the people you work alongside, promoting independence, and supporting individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to sustain their tenancies and achieve their goals.
