Hours: 22.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Covering Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00 Work Base: Office based with regular travel P3 Housing is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Neighbourhood Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality housing management services within our Viable Housing Project in Gainsborough. The Neighbourhood Manager will be responsible for the effective management of a designated housing portfolio, acting as the principal point of contact for tenants and key stakeholders. The postholder will play a pivotal role in promoting tenancy sustainment, managing housing-related issues, and fostering positive relationships that support the development of safe, stable, and sustainable communities. Key responsibilities will include the management of rent accounts and arrears, ensuring income is maximised through proactive engagement and timely intervention. The postholder will also oversee the management of void properties, ensuring homes are re-let efficiently and in accordance with organisational targets, minimising void loss and contributing to service performance. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Asset Management, and Health we are committed to supporting flexible working arrangements.
