The Role

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with two early starts for outreach shifts

Are you an early bird who is kind, approachable and non-judgmental? Do you feel strongly about supporting people who are going through a difficult time? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are looking for a Street Outreach Worker to work with people across Warwick and Leamington Spa who need support to find safe and secure accommodation. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist people to access services which support complex needs such as drug or alcohol issues and mental health concerns.

The successful candidate will be provided with full training but must be friendly, proactive and positive. You will also need to have the ability to make on the spot decisions and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations.
