Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

Work Base: Office based with regular travel

As a Street Outreach Worker, you will support people who may be experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, disabilities, and multiple disadvantages. You will carry out outreach across Warwick and Stratford two to three times per week, engaging with individuals sleeping rough, building trust, and helping them access support, with a focus on securing housing.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to engage positively with people from a range of backgrounds. You will be a strong team player with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
