P3 Housing is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Neighbourhood Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality housing management services within our Viable Housing Project in Gainsborough. The Neighbourhood Manager will be responsible for the effective management of a designated housing portfolio, acting as the principal point of contact for tenants and key stakeholders. The postholder will play a pivotal role in promoting tenancy sustainment, managing housing-related issues, and fostering positive relationships that support the development of safe, stable, and sustainable communities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- The management of rent accounts and arrears, ensuring income is maximised through proactive engagement and timely intervention.
- Overseeing the management of void properties, ensuring homes are re-let efficiently and in accordance with organisational targets, minimising void loss and contributing to service performance.
- Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Asset Management, and Health & Safety to ensure that properties remain safe, compliant, and well maintained, whilst delivering an excellent standard of service to tenants.
The role requires a strong understanding of housing management principles, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement. The postholder will participate in the organisation's out-of-hours on-call rota, providing management support and decision-making in response to operational issues and emergencies as required.
This is a part-time position based from our Gainsborough office; we are committed to supporting flexible working arrangements. The number of hours worked can be agreed with the successful candidate, providing an opportunity to achieve a balance between organisational needs and individual circumstances.
