Rugby Portobello Trust is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Senior Youth Club Lead Worker who wants to create a legacy while learning and developing their skills in a supportive environment. The aim of the role will be to develop a high-quality, safe, and engaging programme that offers meaningful learning opportunities that help young people to develop their agency for decision making as they move towards adulthood.

The programme will work cohesively alongside the Junior Youth Club, Minors Youth Club, and Family and Community programme to help Rugby Portobello Trust meet a key goal of supporting all local children and young people aged 0-19 years (25 years with SEND) and their families.
