We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to oversee one of our Ofsted-supported accommodation services in Hillingdon. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accommodation provisions, ensuring that individuals receive person-centred, trauma-informed support in a safe and welcoming environment.

You will lead and develop a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and motivation to help them effectively support young people towards independence. The role involves working in partnership with external agencies to facilitate access to necessary services. Additionally, you will monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.

We seek a candidate with strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and develop a team, and a deep understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred support. Experience working with young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build partnerships with external agencies are essential. A sound knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and housing-related support is also required.
