The Role

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Service Coordinator to lead, develop and supervise the work of the Rotherham Housing Related Support Service.

You will assist the Operations Manager in the overall management of the service and with a focus on delivering a service that provides support that is person centred, holistic and easy to access.

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and proactive person with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.

You will be great at developing strong positive partnerships for people to seamlessly move through different types of help, advice and support, and connect with the wider community and network to ensure that every person gets the help they need and is able to flourish.
