Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with on call.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a service coordinator to develop and manage a children and young person service. You will assist the Service Manager in the overall management of the service, and your focus will be delivering the service to provide support that is person centred, holistic and a good experience for vulnerable children and young people.
We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and proactive person with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations. You will be great at developing strong positive partnerships for people to seamlessly move through different types of help, advice and support, and connect with the wider community and network to ensure that every child and young person gets the help they need and is able to flourish.
Our goal is to give people the tools they need to enter independent living, whilst ensuring their experience of living with us is a positive one.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
