You will help deliver high quality tenancy sustainment support and housing advice to single adults in the city. You will assist the Service Manager in the overall management of the service and your focus will be on providing tenancy sustainment support, delivering the service, and supporting the tenancy sustainment and advice workers to provide support that is person centred, holistic and easy to access. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and proactive person with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations. You are expected to be great at developing strong positive partnerships and have the ability to connect with the wider community, including key stakeholders such as the local authority, housing providers, and professionals from other services and agencies. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence.
