The Role
Hours: 40.25 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 9:30pm, flexibility required.
Our Derbyshire Out of Hours service has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team as a Senior Out of Hours Call Operator, based in Sutton In Ashfield and Ripley. As the Senior Out of Hours Call Operator you will lead and support a small team of call operators and participate in providing emergency accommodation on behalf of the Derbyshire districts and boroughs in a compassionate, non-judgemental and professional manner. You will also support in maintaining good relationships with internal and external partnerships, maintain and review accurate records, be organised and efficient in responses and rota cover, working alongside the service manager or nominee.
