We are looking for someone to improve the lives of people using our services by providing an intensive housing management service. This includes working in partnership with partner agencies to ensure that people gain the skills needed to maintain their tenancy and move on to their own independent accommodation. By providing general, practical, and emotional support to people with (or developing) mental health needs and substance dependency needs, you will be able to promote their independence and recovery to ensure they have the skills to maintain their tenancy.
As a Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker, you will work with people offering support opportunities for them to develop their skills and make decisions about their future. This includes regular 1 to 1 support sessions and creating and managing personalised plans for individuals.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
