We have an exciting opportunity to join our brilliant team of Support Workers. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!
As a Support Worker, you will be working in our 24-hour accommodation-based service in Leamington, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness. Acting as a keyworker, you will create a personalised plan in partnership with each person, ensure they feel heard and respected every step of the way, encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.
Working closely with our partners across the county, you will take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals and provide intensive, compassionate support that reflects our organisational values and commitment to empowering people to build a better future.
You will be working on a 3-week rolling rota, meaning that weekend and evening work will be required.
