Base: Office based with travel An exciting opportunity has opened to join our fantastic team in Rugby!We're looking for an Information and Advice Worker to empower adults over 25 across the Rugby community and within our dispersed properties.
In this role, you'll provide information, advice and brief interventions to individuals facing accommodation-related challenges.
You'll work across a variety of channels, including drop-in hubs, virtual sessions, phone, email, and video calls, ensuring people can access support in ways that suit them.
You'll act as a first point of contact, offering practical and emotional support, helping people build independence, and connecting them with longer-term services where needed.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence.
