Volunteers are central to the impact we make, and we're now looking for a Volunteer Lead to help shape, grow and champion our volunteer offer across our over-25s accommodation-related support service in Warwickshire. As our Volunteer Lead, you'll develop meaningful volunteering opportunities, build strong community relationships and support volunteers from first enquiry through to active involvement. It's a role for someone who thrives on connection, collaboration and creating opportunities that genuinely change lives.
What You'll Do
- Develop volunteering pathways across the service, including student, corporate and buddy roles.
- Promote opportunities through events, social media and local networks.
- Lead on volunteer recruitment, induction and ongoing support.
- Build partnerships with statutory, voluntary and community organisations.
- Gather feedback and produce clear reports to strengthen our volunteer offer.
What You Bring
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals and working in community or support settings.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and the issues affecting people in our services.
- Confident use of email and Word, with accurate record-keeping.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
