Hours: 30 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 15:00

Work Base: Office based

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team in Nuneaton as a Referral and Triage Worker. This position is covering maternity leave on a 12 month contract. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!

As a Referral and Triage Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based and community based services in Warwickshire. Your main role will be processing and managing referrals via the online portal. You will identify area/type/level of support/eligibility and pass referrals on to the relevant Service Manager. You will provide advice, guidance and prompt, high quality responses to all enquiries via the phone.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the willingness to go the extra mile and the ability to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able to make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
