Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take the lead on recruitment strategy and delivery while also playing a key role in delivering HR services in your designated region.
As a Recruitment Lead, you will shape and drive our approach to attracting, selecting, and retaining exceptional talent. Youll lead initiatives to improve candidate experience, embed inclusive hiring practices, and ensure our recruitment efforts reflect P3s mission and values.
In your broader People and Culture Partnerrole, youll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering expert guidance on people-related risks, employment law, workforce planning, and aligning our people agenda with strategic goals.
About You
