Are you ready to make a real impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness? Are you a compassionate and motivated individual looking to take the next step in your career? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dynamic individual to work with people affected by homelessness, including those without stable accommodation or living in temporary situations such as hostels, sofa surfing, or staying with friends. You will support individuals into suitable housing and provide ongoing assistance to help them sustain their tenancy, promote independence, and overcome the challenges that may have led to their homelessness.

You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals in accessing services that support complex needs, such as substance use or mental health. You will need to work alongside a wide range of agencies and take the lead in delivering and coordinating support. You must be flexible, friendly, proactive, approachable, and non-judgemental, with a genuine desire to help change someone's life. You will also need the ability to make quick decisions and be prepared to handle challenging situations.

The role is office-based at our Buxton office, and you will provide an outreach service from there, covering specific areas in Derbyshire.
