P3 are looking for an amazing person to help us change lives for people living in Rutland. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for the coordination of support through yourself and other agencies, this will involve use of strength-based support planning, detailed safety management plans, trauma informed care and psychologically informed approaches. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and help people to access services that they need. The role requires someone with empathy and a practical approach in helping people sustain their tenancies and reach their full potential. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence.
