The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Hours per week: 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 21:15 to 07:30, 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off

Work Base: Site Based

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker, providing overnight support for our hostel-based accommodation service. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents' safety, security, and wellbeing at night. You will be responsible for monitoring the building, responding appropriately to any concerns or incidents, and ensuring the safety of residents and the accommodation environment.

You will provide reassurance and support to the people we work alongside when required, promoting house expectations. This role supports the delivery of our Intensive Housing Management service by maintaining accurate records, completing handovers, reporting repairs and concerns, monitoring risks, and helping ensure the smooth running of the service. Working closely with daytime teams, you will ensure continuity of support.
