We are looking for an inspiring leader to develop our mental health, crisis, safe haven, and mental health accommodation services across the north. This is a senior leadership position where you will hold responsibility for both operational excellence and strategic direction, ensuring every service is safe, effective, psychologically informed, trauma informed, and focused on recovery.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between organisational ambition and frontline delivery. You will work closely with leaders and teams to drive performance, embed best practice, and ensure services truly meet the needs of the people we support.
