We are looking for a Wellbeing Worker to join our Wellbeing service in Yiewsley. This role involves helping young people to improve and sustain their mental and emotional health and wellbeing, supporting them to thrive on their transition into adulthood. As Wellbeing Worker, you will offer one-to-one person-centred support through sessions at the Navigator Hub, young people's homes and within community settings to help young people to identify their goals and develop their own tailored support package.
We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence.
