Role
Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative
Hours: 41 hours per week
Shift Pattern:Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8am to 2:30pm
Are you passionate about using your skills in property maintenance to make a meaningful difference in the community?
Join us as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charitys services by ensuring their living environments are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Working at various sites across Gloucestershire and the West Midlands, you\’ll carry out planned and responsive repairs and installations as required, including but not exclusive to refurbishments, damp repairs, fitting kitchens and bathrooms, painting, landscaping and plastering. Youll also provide multi-skilled expertise within the relevant trade area offering a high-quality repairs and replacement service, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all.
Were looking for someone with a City & Guildsqualification or NVQ level 2 in at least one trade with skills and experience in a similar role, who can work with a wide range of people and take initiative. A company van, tools, and workwear are provided.
