Join us as aMaintenance Operativeand help improve the lives of people using P3 Charitys services by keeping their homes safe, comfortable and well-maintained. Working across Gloucestershire, youll gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive, community-focused environment. What youll do – Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties. – Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings, both inside and out. – Take on tasks such as: Painting and decorating, basic electrical and plumbing work, minor DIY and refurbishment tasks. – Ensure our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for all residents. – Work closely with a variety of people, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
