Base: Site based Are you ready to make a real impact on the lives of people living in our accommodation?We have an exciting opportunity join our brilliant team of Support Workers.
As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based service in Leamington, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness.
Acting as a keyworker, you will create a personalised plan in partnership with each person, ensure they feel heard and respected every step of the way, encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.
Working closely with our partners across the county you will take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals and provide intensive, compassionate support that reflects our organisational values and commitment to empowering people to build a better future.
You will be working on a 2-week rolling rota, meaning that weekend and bank holidays will form part of the normal working week P3 reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the stated closing date.
