Take the next step in your property maintenance career and make a real difference! Join us as a Painter and Decorator and play a key role in improving the lives of people using P3 Charity's services by ensuring their homes are safe, well-presented and maintained to a high standard.
What you'll do:
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating across our properties.
- Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling and priming to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Apply paint, wallpaper and other finishes to a professional standard.
- Complete refurbishment and redecoration works in void and occupied properties.
- Undertake minor repairs to surfaces prior to decorating.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards.
- Work independently and proactively while supporting the wider team.
