Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Covering Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00

Work Base: Office based with regular travel

P3 Housing has an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Manager to join our team, covering our Viable Housing Project in Gainsborough. As the Neighbourhood Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our tenants, working in partnership with key stakeholders to promote tenancy sustainment and support wider community initiatives for the ongoing regeneration and cohesion of the South West Ward. You will work collaboratively with internal teams across Operations, Asset Management, and Health & Safety to ensure our properties are safe, well-maintained, and effective homes for our residents.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
