Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to play a key role by planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality learning initiatives across the organisation.
You will help deliver our learning and development strategy by championing continuous improvement and personal growth and helping to embed a positive learning culture, contributing to the organisational mission, vision and values.
About You
Were looking for a confident and approachable People & Culture professional with a strong understanding of L&D and a genuine passion for supporting people in their development. You will bring:
- Great communication skills and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships quickly and at all levels
- A proactive mindset and dedication to fostering a positive culture of continuous improvement and continuous growth
- Proven experience in a learning and development, HR or training administration role
- A collaborative, relationship-driven mindset, comfortable working across all levels
