An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!
As a Support Worker, you will be working within a temporary accommodation setting in Coventry, providing housing related support to families who are experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the willingness to go the extra mile and ability to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able to make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
