The Role
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Do you want to work for an award-winning charity? If so, we want to hear from YOU! Our team in south Warwickshire has an exciting opportunity for an Intensive Housing Management Worker to join our service.
You will support people we work alongside to access opportunities for them to improve their quality of life, develop their skills and make decisions about their future. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and responsive intensive housing management service. This will include:
- Providing advice and assistance regarding money management
- Helping to keep our properties functioning and in good repair
- Working in partnership with external agencies helping people to gain skills needed to maintain their tenancy and move onto independent living
- Assisting people with welfare and benefit claims
- Carrying out inspection of properties and arranging for repairs to take place
- Liaising with landlords and contractors
