Base: Office based with regular travel We're looking for a dedicated Hoarding Home Coach to join our team, providing long-term support to individuals across Derbyshire who are experiencing hoarding behaviours.

This is a highly rewarding role where you'll work alongside people in a person-centred, trauma-informed and non-judgemental way, empowering them to make positive and sustainable changes.

This role is about so much more than decluttering someone's home.

It is about taking the time to build trust, develop meaningful relationships, and understand the underlying causes of a person's hoarding behaviours.

As a Hoarding Home Coach, you'll support individuals to explore the root causes of their hoarding, recognising the impact that mental health, trauma, loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression and other life experiences can have on their wellbeing.

You'll help people to develop the confidence, resilience and practical skills needed to achieve lasting change at a pace that is right for them.

This is a long-term support service, recognising that meaningful and sustainable change does not happen overnight.
