We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Hoarding Coach to support people whose lives are being impacted by hoarding behaviours while helping to lead and develop our specialist Warwickshire service.
What you'll do
* Provide one-to-one support in people's homes.
* Help people make their homes safer and reduce the risk of homelessness.
* Use coaching and motivational approaches to support lasting change.
* Build strong relationships with housing, health, social care and community partners
You will work closely with partners across the county, taking a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support. A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and creative approach to overcoming challenges are essential. The role also involves maintaining accurate records on our internal systems and making informed decisions that help people achieve their goals, build independence, and create lasting positive change.
About you
You'll have experience working with vulnerable adults and a passion for helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You'll be a strong communicator, able to build trust, work collaboratively, and inspire positive change.
