This is a new role to support our growing organisation, providing better insights to drive better decisions to continue our Mission.

The Role
As Head of Financial Planning you will play a big role in shaping our financial strategy and lead on performance management with a particular focus on P3 Housing, our regulated housing arm. Reporting to the Group CFO, you'll be the driving force behind our financial planning, monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, and compliance. You will bring insight and clarity to our decision-making, helping us steer the organisation with confidence through changing times.
A key priority for the role will be leading the integration of a new finance system, ensuring it enables robust financial oversight, improved efficiencies, and smarter ways of working across the Group. You will:
- Provide comprehensive financial management information across the P3 Group, with a focus on P3 Housing.
- Lead the delivery of timely, insightful management accounts and KPI reporting.
