We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Crisis House and Safe Haven services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred support. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, lead and support staff, and ensure performance meets required standards. You will manage rotas, risk assessments, and support planning, while maintaining accurate records and promoting good practice across the team.
The role involves close partnership working with agencies including the NHS and emergency services, supporting referrals, and ensuring the service remains accessible and effective. You will also be responsible for safeguarding, health and safety, and continuous service improvement, including reporting on performance and outcomes.
This is a key leadership role suited to someone with experience in health, social care, or support services, who can manage teams effectively and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
