We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Service Manager to coordinate, develop and supervise the work of the team supporting Families in Temporary accommodation. You will assist the Regional People and Services Manager in the overall management of the service and your focus will be delivering the service to provide support that is person centred, holistic and easy to access.
We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and proactive person with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations. You will be great at developing strong positive partnerships for people to seamlessly move through different types of help, advice and support, and connect with the wider community and network to ensure that every person gets the help they need and is able to flourish.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
